Dr. Manning recognizes people have many choices when selecting a mental health care provider and she appreciates your interest in her practice.
As a licensed marriage and family therapist and the first Certified Clinical Partner Specialist (CCPS) in Colorado per the Association of Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists, Dr. Manning specializes in working with individuals impacted by sexual addiction, pornography or betrayal trauma in their primary relationship. She is dedicated to providing high-quality, research-based care in a safe, confidential, validating and professional manner.
Her therapeutic approach is influenced by her training in family systems theory and the Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model. As a result, Dr. Manning’s work is partner-sensitive and trauma-based.
Although Dr. Manning does not work directly with individuals struggling with sexual addiction, she has close working relationships with a number of Certified Sex Addiction Therapists (CSATs) in the region, and is able to provide seamless care to couples. She also works collaboratively with a number of specialists in the region, including trauma specialists, psychiatrists, polygraphists and in-patient facilities.
To improve therapy access for partners who schedules or circumstances make regular in-person sessions challenging, Dr. Manning is a Distance Credentialed Counselor (DCC). The DCC training allows her to provide high-quality ethical care by phone or online for those who are a fit for this type of therapy.
If you are interested in exploring or commencing therapy with Dr. Manning, you are encouraged to contact her directly.
