This self-assessment tool aims to increase self-awareness of one’s past and current issues with boundary violations. Over two hundred boundary violations are carefully organized according to internal and external boundary categories. Boundary violations associated with emotional, intellectual, social, financial, spiritual, physical, and sexual health are all included in the checklist.
Additionally, eleven self-reflective questions at the end of the document help individuals clarify how to act on the insights gleaned from the checklist. The self-reflective questions are presented in a worksheet-style format. This document may be integrated into individual, group, or couples therapy work.
